- Each position is opened using 15% of the current portfolio value.
- When a position is opened, a stop loss is placed at 15% below the buy price
- When a position results in a 15% gain, the stop is moved to protect a 10% gain.
- When a position results in a 30% gain, the stop is moved to protect a 20% gain.
- When a position results in a 40% gain, a trailing stop is placed 15% below the current price. The stop is moved each time the stock realizes an additional 10% gain.
- All positions are closed at the end of the trading day.
- Each model assumes a $20 Round Turn Trading Cost for each position.
